In 2014 The Median household income in the US was $53,657 the truth is since 1999 it has gotten it’s gotten lower and not higher.
The previous year’s numbers aren’t released until December.
When you break it down that’s about 25.79 per hour.
In 2014 the median earnings of men was $50,383 compared $39,621 for women.
