Main Topic
I get asked a lot what is the best bait to use just like I hear what the best product to use.
I got a call last week from an owner wanting to know what natural spray I was using to replace what he is using now for clients who want an alternative. That lead to a 2 hour converasation.
The reality unlike pyrethroid or neonictenoid sprays baits are much more difficult to use.
A year a ago I decided I did not want spray exteriors anymore we had had great success with baits for 6 years in the interiors and wanted have the same success outside.
All the decisions we make are result of our Vision & Mission

Disadvantage of using baits
Baits don’t last long outside.
Baits require a longer learning curve.
Avoid using together with repellents.
Advantages of using baits
Baits wipe out colonies even on others properties.
Baits use a lot less pounds of active ingredient.
The insect knows where it lives you don’t.
No one bait will solve all of your pest problems just like no one EC will solve every pest problem.
