The Bayer Monsanto Merger Approved by Shareholders

Monsanto shareholders have approved the merger with Bayer AG. Monsanto shareholders will receive $128 per share in cash at the closing of the merger.
The merger is expected to close by the end of 2017 Bayer will pay $57 billion and assume $9 billion in Monsanto debt.
