What is the competitiveness of that keyword you are ranking for? If all your top 10 pages ranking for that keyword are 500 words you may only need to write a 1000 word post outrank.

- What value do give the reader to read on or read the entire blog post?
- How far down are they reading before they bounce?
- How many minutes are they on that page before they bounce?
In the past several years, the best post length for SEO have been post with about 2,000 words.
Longer blog posts have ranked better than short posts.
However the evidence suggests that readers won’t typically read a posts this long.
If the #1 page on Google is 300 words, write more than 300 words to outrank,
