Yesterday was one of those grueling days of reality check at termite control class; where we basically spent most of the afternoon looking at what happens when things go wrong and what happens when we renew contracts that we know we should not have renewed; that canceled our clients because of conducive conditions they didn’t repair. we just kept renewing the contract on the termites and well the customer didn’t fix anything and then it turned into a lawsuit against the company. This this would be that class that has really made me question whether I want to get into termites.
