Go Fund Ryan Ridgley’s
United States Military Veteran, Ryan Ridgley is a young man currently residing in Kentucky with his wife, Kandace. Ryan is a highly energetic pest control professional, who loves the pest control industry and only wants to better it. Earlier this year Ryan and Kandace relocated to Kentucky from Minnesota for a better career opportunity for Ryan. All Ryan wanted was an employer to give him creative freedom to better the company. Ryan and Kandace gave up everything and went deeply into debt, because of empty promises made by Ryan’s most recent employer. Through a variety of very serious, extraordinary circumstances in the work place, Ryan recently separated from the company he uprooted his life for. Ryan and Kandace now find themselves unemployed, struggling more than ever and are in the process of figuring out how to open up their own pest control business, which they have come up with a name for, “Orion Pest Management Solutions”. Many people in the pest control industry are not lucky enough to work for honest owners. That is why many pest control technicians become self-employed. I am asking anyone who believes in Ryan and his situation to donate whatever you can to give Ryan and Kandace the head start and security they need to succeed. Please donate whatever you can afford to. Thank you!

Attitudes about training.
You cant teach anything in 40 hours.
We Don’t have 40 hours to train.
Why don’t you have a training program?
You don’t know how to train.
You have never trained anyone.
It’s all in your head and people don’t read minds.
The difference between simplicity and being simplistic.
Simplicity is about reducing things to the most important tasks.
Keep you menu simple and short.
