I would like to thank you for podcast. I started listening very early in the beginning. I come from a mid size company that does a great service for the community but still stuck a little in the past. We still spray baseboards for the majority of our accounts. Since listening to your podcast I’ve instituted more of a bait, education and ipm approach. We keep track of our retreats and reschedules every day and I have one of the lowest averaging 2 maybe a month. It has helped so much that I just got a 2 dollar raise for my efforts. I have since been moving towards going into business for myself. I would like to thank you for helping me learn and open my eyes to our industry. Thanks again
If you got a call from a hospital surgical room could you get control without contaminating it?
