Sadly, only less than 50% of U.S. workers feel that they are in good jobs. There is a nexus between the quality of one’s job and the overall quality of a person’s life. While a number of workers in good, mediocre jobs rate their overall quality of life as “high,” most of those in bad jobs feel the contrary.

Burnout affects millennial retention: 84 percent of millennials say they have experienced burnout at their current job, compared to 77 percent of all respondents. Nearly half of millennials say they have left a job specifically because they felt burned out, compared to 42 percent of all respondents.

Yet more than 70 percent of workers say they don’t feel satisfied with their career choices, and I believe we have serious epidemic on our hands.
Yet a full 77% of respondents said they’re extremely happy and plan to continue running their business.
Even with 44% who say they’re working more hours than they did this time last year.
